The key to such an approach being successful over the long term is to balance the two independently. This is challenging and requires a high level of leadership.

Exploration involves experimenting, taking risks, and often venturing into unfamiliar fields to discover new approaches or markets, while exploitation focuses on the efficiency of all existing processes involved.  

The trade-off of gaining new knowledge on the exploration side is used to improve performance on the exploitation side.

Headquarters

Headquarters, led by the CEO and a management team, oversees strategy and ensures alignment with our mission and goals. They ensure that strategic direction and operations meet long- and short-term goals.  

Management addresses misalignments, while Corporate Prospects identifies and prioritizes future market opportunities.

Our QHSE policy aims for sustainability, ensuring that current needs are met without compromising future generations. This is ensured through transparency in operational strategies and dedicated reporting.

The primary activities at Rosenxt are divided into three key processes:

Creation

At our key process Creation, we tackle complex engineering and scientific challenges, typically without any pre-defined framework, to develop transformative types of new products or services with a focus on highest customer benefit in a fast and lean manner.  

Thanks to its broad expertise in a wide range of technology fields, Creation acts as a Deep Tech Center and the Manufacturing hub for all our ventures and existing businesses. 

Incubation

At our key process Incubation, we introduce and methodically test new solutions to the market. We collaborate closely with initial customers and ensure a customer-facing approach, so we can refine our offerings based on latest market needs and customer insights.  

For a new venture a tailored most effective market-centric business realization structure with robust processes will be set-up for the full market roll-out. 

Realization

At our key process Realization we focus on highest efficiencies at all required activities like in sales, services, production or distribution to achieve highest competitiveness.  

By focusing on operational excellence, the Realization process will transform our business potential into active customer relationships and pave the way for a robust long-term sustainable success. 

Back-Office

Our Back-Office supports the Headquarter and key processes, which includes essential functions such as finance, human resources, procurement, IT and others.  

These essential functions are crucial for the overall company success to ensure that our operations run smoothly, record the performance and the economic value added, and is providing the necessary support for our strategic directions of the headquarter and the operational endeavors.

The functions handled by back-office employees do not directly generate revenue but are vital for maintaining the company's stability and functionality.  
 

Alignment within our Organization

With our purpose- and mission-driven strategic company direction we want aim to guide to smart business decisions by aligning our management towards common business objectives, from entry-level to our leadership team, from balancing exploring and exploitation.
