Non-Destructive Evaluation & Operating Software
Our IDIP (Industrial Diagnostics Inspection Platform) evaluation and operating software enables configuration and setup of the inspection electronics to provide the most accurate data for the respective inspection solutions. The software is built on a strong inspection core application that can be extended by product and customer-specific modules and used in a wide range of applications. In addition, automated and tailored evaluation of the data ensures that the compliance requirements of the tested material are tracked and reported to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities and end customers.
Data processing after non-destructive testing with a customizable evaluation and operation software
The variety of our cross-industry solutions enables non-destructive testing of a wide range of products with different inspection technologies. IDIP serves as one platform across these inspection systems as non-destructive evaluation and operating software. The software offers fully integrated and widely automated features:

Depending on the inspection system, the technology core of ultrasound, phased array ultrasound or eddy current is configured and set up for the inspection system requirements. This core functionality includes:
- Configuration and setup of the inspection electronics
- Calibration of the inspection electronics
- Basic visualization components for the inspection data: e.g. lineplots and C-scans
- Standard extensible OPC-UA interface to external systems
The technology core is extended by product-specific modules to cover the specific requirements of the inspection system. These extensions include:
- Product and technology specific data evaluation plugins to meet the respective industry needs.
- Product-specific inspection data visualization plugins (e.g. railway wheel C-scan)
- Product and customer-specific reporting plugins to meet specific requirements on demand, as well as product and customer-specific reporting and post-processing modules
Operation and evaluation software for inspections systems
Our IDIP applications accompany our inspection systems. The application provides the application-specific workflows required for plates, wheels, tubes, pipes, bars and more:
- Automatic calibration of the inspection electronics
- Definition of the evaluation standards needed to evaluate the plate according to the industry standards and own internal standards.
- Full integration into the overall production system to ensure seamless automated process from inspection preparation to result reporting
