Optimized data driven production

The EMAT Flowmeter is a cost-efficient solution to optimize production. Simply clamped directly to the pipe, it facilitates continuous real-time oil, gas and water flow measurements from each well across your oil and gas field. Exact monitoring is the prerequisite for successful data-driven production optimization and reservoir management. Our solution can also be configured to deliver single phase and phase-fraction measurements including all kinds of gases, heat and steam distribution and any liquid — even at high temperatures.

Non-intrusive and zero intervention

The solution is non-intrusive and retrofitable. It requires zero intervention – no need for process interruptions or pipe preparations. Flow measurement applications include: Three-phase flow: oil, water and gas, two-phase flow: liquid and gas, watercut, flow and fraction, horizontal slug flow and wet gas.

Highly accurate measurements

We generate broadband ultrasonic waves with our unique EMAT technology across the full pipe cross-section. This enables highly accurate and stable flow measurements even under the most difficult conditions for a wide range of applications. Remote data access and cloud-based data analytics enable intelligent automation and decision support.
