True Real-Time Data

Our meter delivers high-frequency, real-time data, fast enough to directly measure transient flow events like liquid slugs. Characterizing these flow phenomena is key to detecting unstable well or process conditions that conventional systems, like separators, can’t capture. Built on Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducers (EMAT), our clamp-on multiphase flowmeter provides the ability to directly measure the dynamics of the multiphase flow pattern running through the pipe. The non-intrusive clamp-on design ensures seamless installation, allowing the meter to "see" through the pipe as if it were transparent. This gives you an accurate, real-time reconstruction of the multiphase flow dynamics.

Non-intrusive and zero intervention

The meter is non-intrusive and retrofittable. It requires zero intervention – no need for process interruptions or pipe preparations. Flow measurement applications include: multiphase flow, wet gas, single phase liquid and gas, steam and phase fraction measurement.

Real-Time Data: Window on the Flow

We generate broadband acoustic waves using our unique EMAT technology across the pipe cross-section. This allows measurement of transient flow phenomena impossible to detect using conventional approaches. The meter provides a ‘window on the flow’ with the ability to reconstruct the multiphase flow as if the pipe has become transparent. Remote data access and cloud-based data analytics enable intelligent automation and decision support.
