Our story is young and old

Formed in 2023 by Hermann Rosen, founder of the ROSEN Group, our team of 500 passionate individuals develops innovative solutions that ensure the safety, resilience, and longevity of your assets in some of the world’s harshest environments.  

As Rosenxt, we are here to contribute positively to the challenges of tomorrow and meet the needs of your assets now and in the future. Our present and future is Rosenxt, but ROSEN is a major part of our past.

2023 - the future

Rosenxt is born.

As a spin-off of the ROSEN Group, we bring the unrivalled technological and engineering expertise with us to our independently managed company. 

Rosenxt bundles the former new ventures of the ROSEN Group into a new company, the Rosenxt Group. The mission of the Rosenxt Group is to continue to explore new, future-oriented business areas, to develop them to market maturity and to realize economic value with future market needs.

We aim to build on what we do so well: leverage the latest technologies to develop solutions that meet your challenges in the harshest environment.

In 2023, Hermann Rosen sells the majority stake in the ROSEN Group with its core business of pipeline integrity, to a private equity group that now operates independently in the market.
