From theory to practice: students at the University of Twente conduct research with Rosenxt
For the third time, we organized the “Robotics Innovation Tournament” in collaboration with the Dutch University of Twente. As part of this program, students had the opportunity to research a practical problem: How can underground water pipes be reliably inspected using minimally invasive robotic systems? Which technologies and approaches enable such systems to move efficiently? In addition to the theoretical basics, there were also practical exercises at our site in Lingen. But it was not just about technical innovations: the teams also had to consider the economic aspects of their solutions. This covered the complete innovation cycle from the idea to market readiness.
The results were impressive: the participants developed innovative solutions with in-depth expertise, creative ideas and great commitment. We are proud of our collaboration with the University of Twente and the students' outstanding results. This initiative shows how valuable cooperation between science and industry is for the further development of future-oriented technologies.
