Successful project completion in China 

Rosenxt has successfully put the PLAMAT UT 3500 ultrasonic plates testing system into operation in China. With the start of the project in 2022, many different process steps were successfully mastered: starting with the mechanical and electrical design and material procurement, through the construction and commissioning of the system at our German site in Stutensee, to the sea transportation to China. Once there, the customer receives training and various production support services.  

But why did our customer need the PLAMT UT? Steel products, such as heavy plates and thick plates, must meet several requirements, as they have to withstand high loads in their area of application. With the PLAMAT UT, the safety and quality of such steel products is tested efficiently and reliably using ultrasound technology. Our customer, one of the biggest privat steel companies in China, relies on the PLAMAT UT to ensure their steel products meet the highest safety and quality standards.
